Hereby I give Enterprise Estonia (EAS) (registry code 90006006, location Lasnamäe tn 2, Tallinn, hereinafter referred to as EAS) my consent to use photographs, videos with my facial image and voice for distribution and use by EAS and their partners for commercial and non-commercial purposes for free worldwide in any format, for both marketing and advertising purposes, including consent to the unrestricted use, re-use, publication and republication of photos, videos with my facial image and voice, making them accessible to the public in publications, print, mobile and outdoor advertisements, presentations, websites, social media, blogs and other electronic channels, as well as reproducing them in any other manner in print or visual design, digitalising, processing, changing, sharing, broadcasting, as well as exhibit them, in whole or in part, standalone or in combination with other photographs or audiovisual works or any other object subjected to copyright in any possible form of media for illustrative, promotional, art, advertisement, marketing or other purposes.

EAS is the controller of personal data on the basis of this agreement, and the legal basis for processing personal data is consent. They have the right to process my personal data until I withdraw my consent. EAS is obligated to follow the principles of honour and dignity when using my personal data. I have been informed that I have the right to:

  1. access to personal data that EAS or their partners process on the basis of consent;
  2. withdraw my consent. To withdraw consent, a statement must be made to the EAS' data protection specialist, wherein it must be marked which personal data may no longer be used by EAS. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal;
  3. demand the termination of data processing, unless otherwise provided by law and if it´s technically possible and without disproportionately large expenses;
  4. demand the correction, deletion or limitation of use of incorrect information by submitting the corresponding statement, unless otherwise provided by law and if it´s technically possible;
  5. lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (Data Protection Inspectorate,, if I find that my rights have been violated with the processing of my personal data. I have been informed that if I should wish to exercise any of my rights stated above, inform the EAS of any change in my data or ask any questions regarding the processing of my personal data by EAS or their partners, I must refer to the EAS data protection specialist at I am aware that my query will be answered as soon as possible but no later than one month after submitting a statement or application.
